The team at Ear Care Hearing Centre have set up four options for you to receive hearing care – with your safety and well-being remaining our top priority.

Starting May 19th , Ear Care Hearing is open and accepting appointments for check-ups, consultations and urgent care.

If you need any support, supplies or hearing care, contact us to book an appointment. You and your family can get your hearing care from Ear Care Hearing through:
  • In-person appointments at our clinic
  • Telecare over phone or video chat
  • Curbside visits
The safety of our patients and team is the top priority. No matter the type of service that you select, our staff will follow stringent disinfection procedures and sanitation protocols. These include:
  • We are booking fewer patients so there is time for thorough disinfection and cleaning in between every appointment.
  • We are limiting the number of patients that can be in the clinic at any one time.
  • Our staff will wear masks and gloves, and patients will have access hand sanitizer. We are requesting patients to also wear masks when they visit.
  • Screening measures are in place to ensure staff or patients who have demonstrated symptoms are directed to stay home.

As government guidelines are updated, we’ll review our policies and make any necessary changes to provide safe and hygienic options for your hearing care.

Even though we are booking fewer patients, our calendar has many openings over the upcoming weeks. I encourage anyone that has been considering an appointment to contact us. You’ll have more time with our team, whether you want to discuss new hearing aids, maintain your current devices or check in with your hearing.

On behalf of the Ear Care team, I hope you and your families are staying healthy and safe.
